New Modvier Jalan Maarof Grand Opening!

11:41

Hi readers! Wow so nice of you to come and read my blog *applause to you*! :)

So, today, Boon and I went to the Grand Opening for the new Modvier in Jalan Maarof (next to lrt Bangsar). Girls, now it is easier to get to Modvier you don't need the hassle to find cabs and feel terrified to go alone. Modvier promised RM100 cash for the first 10 customers and 5 different tudung for the fist 20 customers. I was in a rush to be the first 10 but failed hm I was the 31st sadly. However I do receive their goodie bag! It wasn't as what I'd expected like coupons or shawls or even inner but it was cookies, pins, notebook, mineral water and a pair of handsock.

Modvier is a shop that caters branded young muslimah clothing and hijabs such as shawlsbyvssnow, tudungpeople, calaqisya, alhumaira contemporary and etc. I expect the best in their goodie bag and I was dissapointed initially but now I try to understand that it is not easy to give free things to all of their customers but at least the first 50 would be decent, kan because it's famous and they know there would be many people.

Ok, end story about the goodie bag. Let's talk about their service. When I first arrived, I was expecting a friendly hello or maybe a smile from the staffs but what I got was a stare. I politely asked for directions because I've never attended any grand opening event so I asked the staff. She said, sternly "ye, duduk ye kak" WTH SHE CALLED ME A KAK? hahaha ok ok, that is not my point. My point is, when customers come and ask you question...
Step 1: Smile
Step 2: Greet them
Step 3: Ask them how was their trip
Step 4: Ask politely if there's anything you can help
Step 5: Say thank you for coming
Is that reaaaallly hard to do? Or you're too stucked up in your own world thinking that you work for modvier so you have the authority to judge me? Oh please honey, you haven't live a long life. Upon seating, they gave me a number and me and my friends chit chatted because we arrived quite early which is 45 minutes before the event even starts. So, the next thing was their seats. Idk how they put things into their mind but it is a grand opening and there was suppose to be more seats but I guess there was only 50-70 chairs available. Many elderly came too and they didn't have chairs to seat and I couldn't do anything at that time I was already inside if I were to be outside I would give her the chair but nobody looked as if they cared. We're muslim women, I thought our inside was suppose to be more beautiful that what can be seen but I guess they care more for themselves. Anyways, maybe they have their personal reasons, I should be thinking positive! hahaha.

The next thing was the staffs who don't know the price! Ya Rabbi you are running a business and you tak tau your price then I beli everything rm10 boleh tak? (heheh) I'm stating this because when I ask them what the price is and if they immediately answer then it is fine but I have to wait for them to check on instagram and it took them 15 minutes! They gave me 40 minutes of shopping and I wasted 15 minutes waiting for the price. You might say tengok lah benda lain kan ada eh everything takde price tag ok! that's why hmm sobs.

But other than that it is okay hehehe. I enjoyed my time shopping eventhough it took quite a short time hahaha.
excuse the quality hmmm

I managed to buy this! Alhamdulillah.
